David M. Damaré is a mortgage-lending expert with over 20 years of experience.
He grew up in New Orleans, LA and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1986. David went on to attend pilot training as a military officer with the United States Air Force. While flying for the North Carolina Air National Guard, he flew for a major commercial airline and worked briefly in the financial investment industry.
In 2003, he founded The David M. Damaré Team (NMLS 65495) and began helping residential homebuyers. Now with Integrated Funding and Development, LLC. (NMLS 46313), David’s passion is to provide customized mortgage lending services, and coined his motto:
Mortgage lending is our business; customer service is our passion.
Currently, David lives in Raleigh, NC, with his wife. He has three grown children. He is a member of Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral; he is active in the parish, and the Knights of Columbus. When he is not involved in family activities and volunteer work he enjoys tennis, cooking, and traveling.
